Marathon is my goal

Male 29 years old.
I was an athletic when I was a teenager , but over the years I stopped exercising that increased my weight .Now I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol & high uric acid.I wish I could get rid of all these diseases and live with healthy life.

    Welcome, @talal286! You've found a great place to get healthy. Have you started running yet? I'm training for my second HALF marathon (scheduled for 20SEP) - it's always great to have running friends. Good luck!

    I need some time to be build up my fitness.
    good to have friends to support each other.
    I am from Dubai and my goal is to run a marathon by 3 months.

    If you don't currently run then trying to do a marathon in 3 months is a really really bad idea

    I will run 1 mile by tomorrow, gradually will increase the distance
