hi, I used to briefly use this app a few years ago so I'm trying it again, seems a lot better and I need it more now anyway. Been logging my food for I think 4 days now. Wow I eat a lot of fat. Gonna try and make some good changes. Would like to connect with some people with similar issues, this is why I'm here, need support. Used to be into working out and running a bit. Haven't done anything in the past 2 years, really tough to get started, very stiff and achy.
