Anyone with more than 20kgs to lose following the Kayla Itsines BBG? How are you finding it and more importantly, are you seeing results?

    Im needing to lose another 30 or 40 lbs and have done some of the workouts ...i can handle them .i would say depends on your fitness level she actually has some free beginners workouts to build up to the bbg guide workouts ...if you have a pinterest account do a bbg guide workout search on there..

    I'm looking to lose well over 20kgs and I'm following the BBG. She has a 4 week pretraining section for beginners, so that's really good to build up your stamina and fitness a bit before going right in and doing the main BBG workouts.
