hi my name is Emma I am from Scotland Taken one step at a time. My next goal is to get down to 80kgs before October. I have started weighing my self every day which is helping as I see what puts on weight and what doesn't. Looking for advice. I have a running machine but not up to running on it yet!! What speed is the best to help you lose weight? X

Don't worry about the speed or length of time just start with what you can do and do more as you get fitter. Your body will do the rest.0
