Hey all. Im from CT and renewed my commitment to fitness a year ago today. My body is grateful ans changing every day into a lean machine. Im looking for fitness buddies I can discuss challenges, triumphs ans pitfalls with. My hobbies are the great outdoors, anything on the water, reading, and family - including my 3 dogs.
