Hello Everyone!
I really need help with eating right and exercise. I've let myself down big time. I've had some pretty hard hits in my life and I pretty much let myself hide out and give up. There are days that goes by and i find myself saying " Today is the day i'm going to get the ball rolling" but then i turn around and notice that a week has gone by then a month and still I've done nothing. I love to cook i really do. I just need to eat better and learn to make good healthy meals. I feel here at My fitness pal I can do it the right way and get the support that i need. I don't have to do it alone. Ty for taking the time to read my message.
