    cottage cheese, fruit, tomato and cucumber with balsalmic glaze, nabisco 100 oreo thins, string cheese, toast with cream cheese, yogurt. I try to keep my snack calories under 150...On a 1250 cal per day intake...before exercise.

    Cutlets of lean pork in wholemeal pitta breads, with brown rice and steamed veggies. Also add a few egg whites to the rice for egg fried style rice and more protein.

    Cut up hard boiled egg with diced fresh tomatoes and avocado with a little pepper/salt--healthy, filling, and oh so yummy!! :)
