I really need help. I have an elliptical and a 20 lb resistance band. What can i do with these to burn fat fast and tone my body. After i had my son three yrs ago i shot up to 267 pounds. So far iv lost a little over 30 pounds. Im so ready now to build muscle and lose fat too. Im aiming to be thin but not scrawny. I want to be strong.. if you where once bigger and have lost weight and gained muscle how did you do it? I just need some advice thanks
