Trying to lose regained weight

I am entering my 3rd year in college in a week. During my freshman year I was able to lose 15 pounds and maintain it for 2 years. However, I gained back 10 pounds this summer due to living at home and my family's unhealthy influence. I am now looking to lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks to get back to my ideal weight. I'm looking for someone in a similar situation and just some motivation in general!

If you set up your MFP account to lose .5 or 1 lb a week, stick to your calorie goal, weigh and measure everything, you could lose 5-7lb.
If you throw in a bit of exercise, that includes some resistance work, that will help too.

I'd start by realising you put on 10lbs in a short time due to your decisions and not external factors
And good luck on losing your 10lbs0
