Mini success 14kg gone.

Hi, posting my first mini success pic, been eating 1500-1800cal a day for 3 months.
40 Mins cardio from youtube at home 3 times a week and 3 times a week free weights, arms, legs and lower back, chest shoulders and latts, all only using dumbells and a standard bar + weights for deadlifts on alternating days.

Hoping to get to 85kg then up the cal intake to maintain weight and drop bodyfat % as im currently at 28% according to aria (fitbit scale).
