skin changes through lifting, any advice?

Hey there,

I always had white stretch marks on my upper leg, where the lower body connects to the upper body. So since lifting it get a bit worse where I had them but stopped. But on my inner thighs I got stretch marks but they are not white or red it just looks like skin cracks, or how u call it, only when I sit cross-legged. Today I spotted some little stretch marks on the top of my quad, near where the leg meets the upper body. Also some "skin wholes" similar to cellulite on my butt and where the gluteal fold is.

Is it only a skin change and will reverse??
