motivation

hi! very new to mfp and would like to hear what has motivated everyone? after not being able to run to catch a flight (luckily was delayed so made it) it made me realise i need to lose this weight now. my goal is to lose 7stone and just need to keep my motivation up :)

    Motivation generally comes from within but hanging around on this site, gathering friends, keeping a food diary, doing the right thing, working to a good plan will all help you stay focused.

    I think for me, knowing that i wanted to work out a way to eat that would serve me for the rest of my life and knowing that i was fed up with being fat and knowing I never wanted to be fat again has helped me. I have had a few difficult moments iwht stress but i am committed to my goal and have not wavered from it. I started in beginning 2014, lost all my weight and am in maintenance for about 8 10 months now.

    Whatever you plan is, make sure its sustainable.
