Well I'll soon be in my 40's another 3 more years and most of my family is big boned and I've always been 105 all my life until I had my 4th child and didn't realize I was 187 until I saw his cute outfit and I tried it on and I saw nothing but rolls and dents in my arms and lower body area. I felt so bad that I went on a straight lose weight mode, now I'm 145 pounds and just want to tone up my body and stay fit bcuz now I'm a grandmother to a fast pace beautiful granddaughter

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! You've got this! Just keep logging and move as much as you can. Try lifting weights to tone up and drop body fat0
