Hi !

My name is Anna , I live in France, I am 28 ! I just registered on MFP. I am looking to loose 50 pounds overall, Though I have not set a goal date, I hope to have lost most of that before my 30th bday, in a little over a year.
I'd love to meet some people with success stories, advices, similar goals. I am open to everyone. Starting tomorrow I'll start tracking food and exercise. I am starting Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide as a thread for exercising, I won't be following her nutrition guide though.
I also use a fitbit to track my daily movement !

    Depending on your size, you might not lose all 50 lbs. this year—but you can definitely have a healthier birthday.
