weight loss is a journey that you have to decide to take and commit to the hard work in order to succeed!! It doesn't come easily, well at least not for everyone! But I've finally found what works for me and I'm oh so excited about it!! Lost 12lbs in less than 3 weeks

    That's a mighty big chunk of weight to lose in such a short time. Care to share how you did it?

    I lost really quickly at first and I wasn't even trying to lose weight. Then it slowed down to a slow, but steady pace. Then it crawled to a stop. That was all over the course of like 18 months. I took a six month break.

    When I began losing the second time, the weight started coming off at a good chop again.

    There is something about beginning that makes it come off faster. I've seen others say the same thing, so it might not be everyone but it's not just me.

    If it slows down, don't get discouraged and give up. Stick with it!!
