If my BMR is 1382, how much should I be consuming in terms of calories in order to lose weight? (I'm kinda new in this)

    BMR is irrelevant apart from the fact that you shouldn't really be eating under it.

    Plug your details into MFP and set it for 0.5/1lb loss per week (seeing as I don't know how much you have to lose). Eat at that amount of calories, when you exercise and burn calories, eat them back so you net your MFP goal.
