Hello everyone!
Formerly from California, I'm now in Idaho.
I'm new to MFP and I just got a Gamin Vivofit2. I selected it over the Fitbit Charge because of the battery life and the fact I can wear it up to 50 meters in water. I obtained my CPT just to know more about fitness. My workout programs are Supreme 90 Day, Body Beast, P90x, P90X3 and Les Mills Combat. I did dabbled with Insanity but that's really hard on my body. I'm a PTSD survivor from my law enforcement days. Focusing on Jesus and having fitness in my life has helped me get through those tough years.
