Hi :)

New to the community but have been using myfitnesspal for 3 years and down 53 pounds. Looking to change up my routine and seriously need to get into regular exercise!! Could use some new friends for motivation/support/accountability :)

    Oh my!! That's amazing!! I'm so bad with exercising that my goal is to hit 3 times a week!! LOL! I will have to check out that thread for tips! I know cardio is important but I try to do strength training as well and I don't always know what I should do. Thank you!!!!
