I have lost my motivation. I have 2 stones to lose and have only ever managed to lose about 10 lbs then lose it and it goes back on.
Now I know I can make the difference and a change, but just wanted to k ke how long till people saw a big difference? This is why I lose it I think I don't see a bug difference.
I weight 11st and am 5ft 3 goal weight 9st x

Everyone's body is going to be different. I started out heavier and am taller than you and people didn't notice until I had lost about 2 stone. I am currently maintaining after a 70 pound loss.
But I have days when I look in the mirror and still feel very fat, even though I have a BMI of 21.
Don't lose the weight for looks, and don't see weight loss as a quick fix. Have a plan for what you're going to do once the weight is off so that it doesn't pile back on this time. Logging your food might be a good place to start with that.0 -
On the scale? Within the first week. By clothes? A couple weeks. Visually? A few months.
I'm 5'2 and started out at 211 lbs. I've lost 65 lbs and had a baby in between (another 25 lbs gained/lost from that). It takes time and patience.0 -
I didn't notice much until I started doing some toning exercises mainly core and some upper body. I was only doing leg work mostly walking before that.0
