at Home workouts..

So I have completed t25.. i am doing the workouts now, in any order, everyday,sometimes two 2 a days in a week, not just one. Looking to do insanity 30 max soon.. but what other workouts are good to do at home ?.. I like the 25 to 30 Hiit workoute bc i do have a newborn.. and at home is easiest for when he is sleep... so any other good workouts to do.. my goals r to drop weight and get lean muscle. .

    Fitness blender has an online website with free workouts. They have everything under the sun from weights, pilates, HIIT, whatever you need.

    Just got JM Bodyshred and absolutely love it. She can be a handful at times but I just tune her out.

    I do Daily Burn and it's really good. It costs money but it's the most professional looking workout at home videos I've seen. And it tells you how many calories you burn!

    I <3 Fitness Blender too! I'm 17 days in, doing their "FB30 - 8 Week Fat Loss For Busy People" plan, which is mostly HIIT & strength. (+ using MFP, weighing foods and charting correctly)

    I was skeptical, but I'm thrilled with the results thus far.

    I am just finishing their 4 week low impact fat loss plan and I love it!
