Netflix and AT& T Uverse via "Gigapower"--Good or Bad Experiences?

Hey, everyone. I'm approaching the end of a 2-year contract with Dish. At first it was awesome; the Hopper w/Sling and the Joeys worked very well. In the last 6 months, however, the OnDemand streaming movies have become unreliable...lots of buffering. I'm considering making a change to RedBox or AT&T Uverse.
Who here uses Netflix? Is it any good? How is their movie selection, and are they released earlier than RedBox? How about the new AT&T "Gigapower" service? My neighborhood is getting that soon, and I assume on demand movies and other services would be pretty good at those speeds. Does anyone have that yet?
Please let me know your experiences, good or bad.
Thanks for the input.
