30 in october really need to get back in shape

I have been a member for a while. I dont want to actually go to a group as the hours i work are all over the place and i could not commit.

But i need to really get myself back in shape starting with what i put in and my attitude to food.

i got married a year ago and have let myself go big style i have gained near on 2 stone.

sunday i return home from Egypt and will weigh my self so i know my starting point.

I have been sitting here thinking of how i can motivate myself

i thought of maybe rewarding myself with some pampering instead of it always being something to eat

i need to set some goals and make sure i stay on track

would appreciate any advise and encouragment i hope to make more friends so we can help each other.

food bordom usually is a problem i can eat junk food and not get bored but anything else and thats it im fe up

so i ned to be more creative with my meals

Also i work for Mcdonalds so this dont help caus i love everything we sell appart from the breakfast stuff as i dont eat pork
