Tofu, tempeh (which i don't like too much. ..or maybe I'm just not preparing it right lol), seitan, cottage cheese, protein powders, greek yogurt. There are so many options it there. How long have u been a vegetarian for?0

I'm on the go a lot too. I eat a lot of salads. I'm not sure if you live near a Panera Bread Company but they have some delicious vegetarian options for a drive thru place. I love lentil quinoa bowls. I also enjoy vegetable tacos from Qdoba and Chipotle.0

Hi, if you like to cook at the end of your busy day why not try things like a mushroom stroganoff and brown rice, using low fat fromage frais instead of cream. Another vegetable dish I make is cauliflower and sweet potato curry and then there's vegetable paella, vegetable lasagne, red peppers and savoury cous cous. I don't know if it's the same in USA but in the UK most of the big supermarkets like Waitrose, Morrisons etc., have salad deli bars where you can pick and mix a vegetarian lunch box when you're on the move. Hope this helps.0
