If it happened habitually, I'd adjust my diet to add more fruits and vegetables, and consider taking a daily multivitamin. If it was just the occasional random day, I wouldn't do anything.
If I was trying to use MFP to track micros, I'd stop that. The database doesn't have enough correct entries to make it work.0 -
I stay within my calories and do better the next day. Try pre-logging, it helps tremendously.0

part of my success with MFP has been that i am now mindful of my eating. I don't surprise myself at the end of the day, finding that my current snack brings me to some unexpected caloric goal.
That said, i'm losing weight right now - my goal is to watch calories while having a diverse enough, pre-planned meal structure that my micronutrients will generally take care of themselves.0 -
