can any other ladies give me some pointers as to what kind of exercises I can do after surgery? I miss working out! :(

    Did the doctor mention how long you can start working out? It's a major surgery and you def don't want the incision/ suture to open during working out! And also, you have to consider if sweat around the surgical site will make it harder to clean &/or cause pain...
    (I didn't have augmentation but upper body surgery before)

    I would have a conversation with your surgeon about this. It's major surgery so I would recommend waiting until you are fully healed before doing anything strenuous.
