been on here a few times, would always fall into that mindset of "OH I messed up ONE day, guess I can't do it anymore", such a stupid thing.
Just bought the new power 90 DVDs, really excited to start them, they won't get here till the end of the week but getting my calorie counts and meals organized until they do. So many life changes going on, just got engaged in April and the wedding is 5/14/16. Moving up in my nursing job. Seems like no better time to start and thus today I start!!!
