I just laffed my A** off when I saw the post saying I burned 34 calories by doing 2 minutes of stationary bike. Lol. I normally do no less than an hour at the GYM. EVERYDAY! If the Gym is closed for a holiday I do a "two a day" the next day. If I don't go to the gym my day is ruined! So I pulled my stationary bike out so I can burn a few more calories during the day. It's on high resistance and I jump on it during the day and do an intense minute at a time at random times. So when I log it it looks like WOW! A whole 2 minutes?? Don't hurt yourself! So if you see a 2 minute cardio post just ignore it! I just need immediate gratification on my available calorie count.
