Would you rather lose £££'s or Ibs?
Forget about how expensive that healthier food can be, think about how much richer you could be in happiness and progress when your losing your Ibs!

Eating healthy doesn't cost more $ unless you want it to.0

I save money eating sensibly! Making my lunches saves a fortune, and having planned out meals and pre-prepped breakfasts stops me buying something on a whim.0

That's great!0

A lot of the junk I was buying before was pretty expensive, AND full of calories.
Buying simple, healthy things isn't more expensive for me.0 -
Like most of us, I want more money and less fat.
Eating healthy food isn't more expensive.0 -
Eating less food = less money0

I'd rather lose inches.0

My grocery bill was less because I was eating proper portions, not because it was "healthy" or "unhealthy". You don't need all those special diet foods to lose weight or be healthy - I mean, $8 for a jar of peanut butter is ridiculous, there's nothing magical in there.0

A sound body is an investment that pays off. I am wealthier today in every way just because I worked to become fit and healthy.

Don't you mess with my PB! But seriously, £8? Where do you shop? I pay £2-£3 for a large jar.

I eat a lot more fresh food now, which can be a little more costly, but I eat a lot less food now (read, cut out most of the junk), so the net is, my healthy eating is cheaper overall.0

I eat pretty much the same as I used to, just less. So I'm saving money AND losing lbs.0

I just swapped supermarkets to a cheaper one so that I could get my healthy food for the same price as I was paying at the nice supermarket. I hate that place, but hey, it's a means-to-an-end.0

Whole foods. Seen it! It was a peanut butter/dried fruit mixture, organic of course I also love my PB, I only pay $4 for a jar. Last so much longer when you eat it in correct portions, ya know, instead of by the spoonful lol0 -
Spend it now with good food and a gym membership or spend it later with doctor's bills and bad health. Either way it will be spent somewhere and I think spending it now is better for later on.0

This. I even made the choice to stop and buy mozzarella cheese on the way home so I could make mini pizzas, instead of picking up food. Got the bag for $3 and it'll make LOTS of pizzas and pasta dishes.

I have saved money since starting to lose weight because every trip out of my house is no longer an excuse for a milkshake/slice of cake/quick pint in the pub.
Admittedly, I've probably spent those savings since on gym clothes/running shoes/gym memberships/protein bars.0
