HELP! Please

Hi,
NEW KID on the site. Questions please. My doctor tells me to eat 65 G of protein, and 130 G of carbs. Is there a way I can enter this to track it? She didnt give me a calorie goal, just this information. Any help for us beginning on this journey? Please?

    You can change your percentages on the basic mfp or upgrade to the prime and input in your macronutrient goals.

    How much fat do you need? When you calculate calories protein and carbs are 4 cals per gram. 65x4=256 and 130x4=520. Once you find out how much fat you need you can multiply that by 9 to get your calories from fat. Add it all together and that's your daily goal.
