Goals advice?

Ok so about 2 years ago I used this and lost 1.5stone, I had certain amount of protein, fat, carbs, sugar etc to eat a day and I did quite well.
This time I can't remember at all what percentage or amount of those I had so my question is..

As a rough guide to loose weight what would you recommend my percentages be for Protein, fat and carbs?
And also how much sugar please?
