I'm looking to loose weight just after a rough guide that I should aim for on the percentages for protein, fat and carbs please and what I should limit the sugar too aswel?

    40% carbs 30% protein 30% fats is a good general starting point then adjust accordingly. Don't worry about sugar just eat whole foods and cut processed foods out.
