Overweight Vegan

Hello everyone! I am revamping my nutrition/exercise routine starting TODAY. I am a mom of 2 beautiful boys and am having difficulty losing weight after the birth of my youngest son (now 18 months old). I have been vegan for over 4 years, and try to stick closely to a nutritionally sound, whole-food diet. My downfalls are: snacking between meals (especially chips); a sedentary job; and severe joint pain. I know I need to stop snacking and start walking during my lunch breaks. Looking forward to a healthier me.
