I've been checking out the forums and I'm very curious to know, where did you start and where are you now? Do you have further goals?

    I did a little 2 week progress shot last night. See profile pic! I was quite surprised! Only up to 17.5kg, but hell, I enjoy it and I'm upping the weight every day!

    I did it all through Les Mills BODYPUMP & I LOVE it.

    I can now do 30kg on the squat track (started on 10kg)
    15kg on the chest track (started on 6kg)
    17kg on the back track (started on 10kg)

    now lunging around 15kg too!

    Once you start you get the burning bugggg :)

    Training for strength now..

    Bench from 60KG to 140KG
    Squat from 80KG to 200KG
    Deadlift from 120KG to 220KG
    SOP from 20KG to 80KG

    By the end of the year I want:

    Bench 150KG (Comp Standard)
    Squat 240KG
    Deadlift 260KG
    SOP 90KG
