Looking to lose about 50lbs!.. and meeting new friends!

I am ready to lose this weight!.. I am disgusted with myself..!.. I had my baby two years ago, and after his birth I started losing the weight but about almost a year ago I started school, I was a little stressed so I gained all the weight back.... I know I have it in me to lose the weight but I guess I need a kick in the butt!..lol.. would love to make some new friends on here who are in the same 'boat' as me... :)

    Hi! I'm a mom to a year and a half old son. I also was losing weight pretty nicely right after I gave birth but then went off track and feel disgusted with my body right now. I have a good 60lbs to go before I'm at a weight where I feel comfortable. It's hard being a full-time working parent and then coming home to take care of your child and expected to cook healthy meals as well. sometimes I don't have the energy for it so diet takes a back seat but I know it's just excuses. I need help and motivation to stay on track!

    Hey there! I'm a student and even tho it's summer break for me, I still gotta study. Sometimes it's hard to get in a workout or eat healthy, but I always tell myself, "it's not about how many times you'v fallen, it's about many times you'v gotten back up". So far in two weeks iv lost 7 pounds, hard work will pay off. Make sure you watch your macros, and nutrition! Good luck!

    Thanks!... I know it's all about nutrition... and you have to burn more than the food you eat... you're doing great... I would like to lose atleast 2lbs/week... do you have any daily meal plans for breakfast,lunch and dinner?
