Results Without Exercise

Hello everyone I am a 5'5 23 year old female. I started my fat loss journey May.31st of this year approximately 3months now. When I started I weighed 168 pounds in the overweight range and I was embarrassed to have people take pictures of me. I don't work out and I'm a stay at home mother. But I religiously count my calories and eat 1200 daily. I just bought a food scale to help me be more accurate. But today without exercise and only eating 1200 calories a day I weigh 155 pounds today a loss of 13 pounds in three months I am looking into starting a gym membership real soon so I know that will really help the pounds come off fast. Just want to tell my story and hope you all never give up on your dreams and find a happy healthier you. Size 10/11 to size 7. Good luck everyone. CiCO! Feel free to add me! Love new friends.
