Protein Powders

I am trying to lose some weight and gain muscle at the same time and have read that a protein isolate powder is the way to go. Does anyone have any preferences or suggestions?

You can't really gain muscle mass while eating at a defecit https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10232698/muscle-gaining-misconceptions
You can however try to maintain muscle while losing weight through weight training (and enough protein).
No advice on powders though.0 -
Protein powders are an "easy" way to increase protein intake, but whole foods should be 1st priority.0
