Hi, I'm new at myfitnesspal. I saw it in a magazine and thought I would try it. I've lost 20 pounds and now I'm at a stand still. Haven't lost anything in a month. Getting very discouraged with this. I need to lose another 30 pounds. If anyone has any ideas I sure would appreciate the encouragement. Thanks.

    You may need to re-adjust your goals and your macros. Do you exercise or just keep track of calories?

    do you own a food scale? You may be eating more than you think. You have lost the first twenty, I'll assume, without one but as you lose more weight it will come off slower and require less calories. You will need to keep closer track of serving sizes.
