Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a desk cycle (bike that goes under my desk) and have been loving using it at my desk job! I am curious to see if anyone else is using the desk cycle and if they have seen success losing weight with it? I burn between 600-700 calories per day using it and have so much energy now. However, I am looking for exercises to tone up my arms that I can do at my desk. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
