Love this post topic, first time i have commented. Knowing why helps me as i am changing old entrenched lifestyle habits.
1. Timeline goal:to look fit and lean at my daughter's h.s. graduation.
2. Daily goal: to remember to not self medicate with junk food or overeating.
The why for me, i am worthwhile, this is the only life, only body i get, i have the choice to to punish it with overeating and sedentary lifestlye and all that comes with that or take small steps to choose wisely, recognize when enough is enough and get up and move. Thanks!
