I just purchased Cellucor Alpha Amino to help with soreness post workout. I'm interested to know if this works, when to take it so it's most effective to alleviate soreness several days after working out, powder or pill? Thanks!

The studies are mixed about whether amino acids help with DOMS. Best way to prevent soreness is to avoid doing too much too soon, avoid going longer than around 4 days between workouts, and avoid a bodypart split workout (legs one day, chest another, etc). Full-body is best. If you're doing all these and still get majorly sore, i'd look at your nutrition, sleep, and health.
