Ready for a change...needing friends for support

For many years, I've made excuses for myself and put off committing to a healthier lifestyle. With my annual wellness visit being tomorrow morning with my primary care physician, I decided to face reality and weigh myself. I haven't been to the gym in months and haven't even made a good effort to control portion sizes or eat better in general, so I knew I wasn't going to be happy with the number on the scale. While I definitely wasn't surprised, I was devastated. All of the hard work I had put in to lose 35 pounds during college was ruined by my current lifestyle.

I'm ready for a change and would like to lose approximately 80 pounds. My ultimate goals are health, happiness, and confidence. Along the way, I hope to make great friends. If you'd like to go on this journey with me, please send a friend request.
