Desperate for some quick and easy snack ideas, anyone??

Toast
Natural peanut butter or PB2
1/2 a banana (or the whole thing, if you're like me and are eating this for dinner).
A pinch of salt is nice too if your pb doesn't have it added already.0 -
Avocado with lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Scoop right out of shell. Delicious and filling.0

I usually vary my snacks depending on how far I am from my ideal macro leveks.
If I'm low on protein, Greek yogurt, usually oikos key lime or coconut flavour. No carbs, low in fat, and high in protein. Otherwise, I have leftover chicken or a glass of 2% lactose free milk
If I'm low on carbs, I grab a banana. No fat, just carbs.
I'm rarely low on fat, but if for some reason I am, I have healthy bread with cheese and tomato. Or a spoonful of peanut butter or unsalted nuts. They also have a protein bonus.0
