Hi how do you track exercise that isn't in the list of thing to add.
For example I have a hour of keep fit tonight and 30 mins of FBX (fat burn extreme) how do I add that to my exercise ?
Thanks Emma

I do a boxercise class. I add it as vigorous callisthenics and log 3/4 of what MFP gives me for the 60 minute class. I used to use a HRM so I know the number is roughly correct.0
