I have been working out for 1 and half hours daily and eating 1200 calories . I didn't lose any weight this week . Still stuck at 138 lbs . So disappointed

Water retention... could be a lot of things. Could also be that you're not logging accurately.0

Are you measuring yourself? You might find you are loosing inches. Or next week you might have a bigger weight loss. Don't give up. I put on 0.5kgs last week but lost 2kg this week. Xx0

Weight loss isn't linear. You can't expect to lose weight every week. Some you'll lose, some you'll stay the same, some you'll gain. Especially if you've only got 15lbs to lose, since that means you should be aiming for 0.5lbs/week, and that can be easily covered by fluctuations.0

Emphasizing the bold. Someone with only 15 lbs to lose and exercising for an hour and a day, shouldn't be eating 1200 calories. There is no way to get all of your nutrients at that level. Below are some good reads to get started on a solid path. Also, what kind of exercise routine do you follow. And how tall are you?

I'm 165 cm tall and want to reach my goal weight of 124 lbs . Daily I do a combination of cardio and strength training for half an hour and then go for a 5km walk that takes me about an hour0 -
