College student friendly recipes ?

Currently weigh around 10 stone, 140 pounds and I'm looking to lose between 6 to 8 pounds just for general health and because I'm 5"6 I think I'm carrying a bit too much weight for my frame. So nothing too drastic but I find it hard to do good food on a budget, anyone have any tips especially for dinner, foods that a poor unskilled college student can do easily for weight loss?

Try eating a slightly larger and later-in-the-day lunch and replacing dinner with a healthy snack-sized meal. Fresh is always better but frozen fruits and veggies are significantly cheaper and you don't have to worry about them spoiling and wasting money.0
