Last night I had a yogurt and watermelon (not mixed together.) Last week it was Lucky Charms and milk. Sometimes I have coffee with milk in it. Sometimes a Kashi bar. Sometimes a Magnum chocolate infinity bar.

Ryvita with cherry tomatoes or a cup of tea, no sugar and a splash of milk. Also, as above, strawberries are a great filler up

Baby carrots -- I know, sounds pitiful and un-snack-like, but a handful of carrots keeps my stomach from grumbling, and I like the crunch and sweetness.

Canteloupe smoothie. I freeze canteloupe for a couple of hours or overnight. Then blend it with almond milk, add a tsp of honey to taste..it's delicious!

Skim milk and a high fiber protein bar, I prelog it so I reserve the calories. I also do air popped popcorn, cucumber slices or baby carrots if I want something crunchy.

    Outshine Frozen Fruit Pops
A handful of mini pretzels or an ounce of salt free potato chips and a tablespoon of tofutti creamcheese to dip in or two slices of soy cheese.
An ounce of edamame or half an ounce of almonds
Home made without oil microwave popcorn 8 cups.
Sometimes all of the above when I have enough calories left!

Animal crackers or graham crackers. I tried sugar free frozen yogurt but it makes me feel too bloated late at night. I buy Trader Joes animal crackers and can eat 17 of them for I think 120 cals. That's enough to satisfy my munchies/sweet tooth.

    Dill pickles.

That's awesome! Ever make your own refrigerator pickles? I highly recommend it. Good pickles are crazy overpriced.
