Feel like crap after a workout!

OK, so I recently began the P90X / Insanity Hybrid. I have done P90X twice before and most of Insanity before, and am looking to tone, possibly drop a few pounds if I am lucky. I have also cut my calories to anywhere between, 1,200 to 1,500 per day. I know many people think those are too few calories, but eating between those numbers has worked for me last yr and I had lost 15 pounds that way along with religiously working out daily. I have since gained those 15 back due to quitting smoking and not being as obsessed with what I was eating. Thing is, since I've cut my calories down again I have been feeling like absolute hell after a workout. This is especially true after I do a strength training P90X DVD. The feeling is similar to having the flu. I feel feverish and my body aches along with a minor headache. I have lyme disease, so I do get body aches from time to time and joint issues, however, these aches feel somewhat different than what I am used to. I am just curious if anyone has experienced something similar after a strength training workout? If so, any idea what the cause would be?
