Ok ok ... I have a fast food "problem"...

Once I start eating it again... I want it every day. I brought a nectarine and an Atkins protein shake for breakfast but the sausage biscuits CALL TO ME.

I need help with ideas of how to detox my system so that my body isn't craving the salt and fat anymore!

Ideas?

Have a real breakfast. You don't need to go hard the other way. I had an English muffin with smoked salmon and cream cheese for breakfast. It was all of 240 cals and delicious!

It's not about detox, it's about finding what works. You don't need to give up what you love to lose weight.

    Moderate, rather than eliminate.

"Detoxes" per se are just a gimmick. Stop buying and eating that stuff and soon enough the cravings will fade away. Have scrambled eggs and toast or other healthy meal that you cook at home.

A nectarine and a shake would disappoint me too. Get some cooking videos so you can make your own biscuits:

Grating the butter makes it so much easier than other methods. Cook the night before and reheat in the a.m.
