Sounds like a perfect Chinese stir fry. I'd add a hot peanut sauce.

How about blanching your surplus broccoli and freezing it for later meals?

I make kung pao chicken with chicken, rice noodles (or rice), and broccoli. you could easily swap pork for chicken. I've made it with steak and it tasted good too. the sauce is equal parts sriracha, honey, chili sauce, to 1/2 part soy sauce. I like extra sauce for the rice to soak up so I use like 3 tbsp. sriracha, honey, and chilia sauce and then only 1 tbsp. soy sauce just because I don't feel it needs it. it's a super good sauce. I'd tone down the sriracha though if you aren't a fan hot food

I'd add peas and carrots and some mushroom soup and make a casserole-type-thing. possibly with those french onion crunchies on top.

Whenever I have produce I need to use, I try to make a freezer meal. When it's broccoli, I almost always make Broccoli Cannellini Cheddar Soup and freeze it in portions. It must be the world's easiest soup to make, and it's delicious!
