Re-joining again. YAY?

Greetings, my fellow humans!

This is my fiftieth attempt? - That number just seems to be getting higher the more I allow myself to set my goals back. Although, my number of attempts is probably less than that, I would rather just finally get things right once and for all, consistently, rather than continuously getting side tracked and losing control once again.

That is my story.
If any of you find this as something you can relate to, or want/need a running or workout buddy, feel free to add and message me. It is easy to lose motivation, sometimes
Have a good one!

Everytime you fail, you learn something about yourself that brings you closer to success. Welcome back.

I've had this account since probably 2011 and I'm sure I've started back over a few times. I do feel like I get stronger and more motivated each time. Journal Journal Journal. Even a mint counts so log it. I'm becoming more aware of the things I'm eating.
